I&B Minister asks FTII students to make films with social values

Information and Broadcasting Minister Ambika Soni has called upon the students of Film and Television Institute of India to make the films with social values and spread the message of National integration. She was speaking at the inaugural function of golden jubilee year of FTII. Renowned film personality Dev Anand was the Chief guest. Students from the first batch, teachers and some old staff of FTII and Prabhat Studio have been felicitated on this occasion.<br/><br/>I&B Minister have assured all help for the development of the institution. She has stressed the need for combined efforts from the students, faculty and government to reach out at the global scenario.<br/><br/>Dev Anand has recalled the contribution made by this institution over the years in the field of art and cinema. Chairman of FTTI Society, Mr. U .R. Ananthmurthy, Director Pankaj Rag and many famous film personalities were present.
