The ministry of Information and Broadcasting has launched a dedicated page – Community Radio India – on social networking site facebook to establish a direct communication with various stakeholders of community radio fraternity in the country. The page can be accessed on the website – www.facebook.com/communityradioindia. The page is aimed at disseminating community radio information to a wider public and engage with over 134 operating community radio stations of the country.
