In Jharkhand, the Intelligence Bureau has interrogated a local journalist of steel city Jamshedpur in connection with creating and circulating doctored SMSs and MMSs on Assam and Myanmar violence. A team of IB officers arrived from New Delhi and interrogated the journalist for five hours at Mango police station with the help of local police, after which he was arrested. He was later released on personal bond. Confirming this, the city SP Ajay Linda told reporters that apart from many documents, one computer and one hard disk were seized from his house.Meanwhile the city police has also arrested 13 of the 200 accused youths who tried to disturb communal harmony and indulged in acts of vandalism in the most prominent park of the city.
