The International Atomic Energy Agency has urged Iran to agree in writing to a deal to ship some of its low-enriched Uranium to Turkey. A spokesman of the IAEA said in Vienna that the agency has received the text of joint declaration by Iran, Turkey and Brazil about the deal and now it is expecting written notification from Iran in this regard. Earlier, Iran, Turkey and Brazil signed an agreement to ship one thousand and two hundred kilograms of its low-enriched Uranium to Turkey for a swap for fuel. Commenting on the deal, the EU Foreign Affairs Chief, Catherine Ashton said that it partly responds to demands of the International Atomic Agency. In Washington, White House spokesman said it will not stop the US drive for tougher sanctions on Iran.
