The Delhi Police has made elaborate traffic arrangements around Red Fort on the occasion of Independence Day. Addressing a press Conference Joint Commissioner of Delhi Police, traffic Satyendra Garg said that only parking labled vehicle are allowed near Lal Qila on 15th of August. He said the border of Delhi will not be sealed though random checking of vehicles and individuals will be done. Mr. Garg said that all goods vehicle will not be permitted between Nizamuddin bridge and Wazirabad bridge from the midnight of 14th august to 11 AM on 15th august.As an extra precautionary measure the Northern railway has decided to withhold the train services between Old Delhi to Sahadra Railway Stations between 6 AM and 8:30 AM on 15th of August.
