A Hurricane moving to the eastern Caribbean is strengthened to a category two storm prompting warnings from several Islands. Hurricane Earl, generating sustained wind of 160 kilometers per hour with higher guests. The Miami-based National Hurricane Centre said Earl is expected to become a major hurricane later in the day.
