Prime Minister of Hungary Dr. Viktor Orban said that there is a need to establish a Joint Economic Commission between Hungary and India to smoothen bilateral trade & to improve strategic trade practice between the two countries. Dr. Orban was speaking at the Business meet organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) in Mumbai today afternoon. Interacting with the industry and business leaders the Hungarian Prime Minister said that impact of global slowdown has created imbalanced reducing the overall business from 85% to 77% in these days.Highlighting the potentials to invest in Hungary in tourism, hotel management automotive sectors Dr. Orban assert that he is keen to extend trade relations with India in the field, of automotive, engineering, education, agriculture, culture, pharma, and biotechnology sector as well. He also mentioned that two of India companies including Tata Consultancy & CG electronics are playing a very significant role in Hungary market especially in automotive sector. Announcing plans to start scholarships for Indian students to Hungary, Dr. Orban said that the cultural interaction between youth of the two countries would make healthy relations between India to Budapest.
