The United Nations has warned that at least three hundred thousand Somali refugees could pour into neighboring countries and Europe to escape starvation resulting from Somalia's worst drought in living memory. <br/> <br/>The UN Children's Agency, UNICEF said it was in desperate need of funds to meet the emergency and keeping the medical centers open.<br/>
