A senior UN official says, aid programme for millions of internally displaced people and returnees in Pakistan are under threat due to a fund shortage. <br/><br/>Last year, more than three million people fled fighting in south Waziristan and other areas of Pakistan's Federally Administered Tribal Areas [FATA]. <br/><br/>Most of these are internally displaced people. <br/><br/>UN Humanitarian Coordinator for Pakistan says, people are continuing to flee their homes because of ongoing military operations by the Pakistani Government against Taliban militants in different parts of north-western Pakistan and says, UN aid agencies will need additional money. <br/>
