Union Human Resource Development Minister Smriti Irani has said that coming together of human resource and technology will empower students and bring a sea change in education. Speaking at a conference on school education in New Delhi today, Mrs Irani said, Shaala Darpan programme of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan will write a new definition of e-governance, good governance, and Digital India. She said, this is a step in the direction of fulfilling Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of Digital India.<br/>The Minister also complimented all state education ministers for working hard on Swacch Vidyalaya Abhiyan.<br/><br/>AIR correspondent reports that through Shaala Darpan, parents will get information about their children in respect to their attendance status, performance, health challenges and entire academic record from class 1 to 12th.
