Human Resource Development Minister Prakash Javadekar today launched an Anti-Ragging Mobile App of the University Grants Commission in New Delhi. Mr Javadekar said, students can register complaints against ragging on this App.<br/><br/>The Minister said, earlier students had to visit the website for registering a complaint of ragging and timely action had ensured a decrease in the instances of ragging. However it still has not eliminated completely.<br/><br/>Mr Javadekar said, majority of senior students help their juniors but in few cases ragging happens which must be eliminated from campuses. <br/><br/>The app will work on android system. Our correspondent reports, students can log in and register their complaints and all concerned agencies are informed immediately.
