In Himachal Pradesh largest water supply scheme was inaugurated today in kangehan in kangra district. Constructed at a cost of 70 crore rupees the scheme will benefit population of one lakh 31 thousand in Changer area. Changer area which was facing water scarcity shall be having ample water from today. Chief minister Prem kumar Dhumal inaugurated the ambitious Lift Water Supply Scheme will cater a population of more than 1.311 lakh people scattered over 35 panchayats of Changar area of Tehsils Jaisinghpur, Dehra, Khundian and Palampur.
