The Himachal Pradesh government has issued new advisory warning to  the people  to avoid  venturing in Avalanche-prone areas in the tribal districts. This advisory has been issued for Shimla, Chamba, Lahaul-Spiti, Kullu and Kinnaur districts. A state government spokesperson said the government is focusing to restore the electricity, water supply and roads at the earliest in the affected areas. The state and District Level Emergency Operation Centers have been put on high .<br />'' <br />
