The Himachal Pradesh Election Department has issued notification today for the assembly elections to be held in state on November 12. With the release of the notification, the enrollment process has also been started in the state. Candidates will be able to file nomination papers till 25th October. State Chief Electoral Officer Manish Garg told that the nomination papers will be scrutinized on 27th October  and the names will be withdrawn by 29th October.
