In Himachal Pardesh elaborate arrangements have been made for the counting for the recently held assembly elections. For counting of votes, 68 counting halls have been set up at 59 places across the state. No candidate or agent would be allowed to take mobile phones, I-Pad, laptops, and any other recording device in the counting hall.
