In Himachal Pradesh, more than 26 people are feared killed in a bus accident at Ashapuri near Palampur in Kangra district. Due to the high depth of the gorge, rescue operation has become difficult. 26 bodies have been recovered so far by the rescue team. The Army has been called for help. Our correspondent reports that the accident occurred yesterday when a Himachal Pradesh Road Transport Corporation Bus,coming from Palampur to Ashapuri temple fell into a deep gorge.
