Union Minister for Housing and Urban Affairs Hardeep Singh &nbsp;Puri today launched Swachh Survekshan 2020 League which will be a quarterly cleanliness assessment of cities and towns. <br />''<br />''Speaking on the occasion in New Delhi, Mr Puri said, in the Swachh Survekshan 2020 league, parameters pertaining to Wastewater treatment and reuse and faecal sludge management have been given special focus. &nbsp;<br />'' <br />'' Mr Puri said the Swachh Survekshan is redesigned innovatively every year to ensure that the process becomes more and more robust, with focus on sustaining the changed behaviours.&nbsp;<br />''<br />'' However, one concern that was commonly voiced was that cities cleaned themselves up just before a survey and slipped down after that.&nbsp;<br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said, therefore, &nbsp;the government is launching the Continuous Survekshan – the SS 2020 League, where cleanliness assessments will happen throughout the year. The Minister said the objective is sustaining the on-ground performance of cities along with continuous monitoring of service level performance when it comes to cleanliness.&nbsp;</span><br />
