In Nagaland, the weeklong Hornbill Festival got underway at Kisama heritage village, on Thursday.Declaring the festival open, Nagaland Governor Nikhil Kumar, who is also the chief host of the festival said that the Hornbill festival is a commendable attempt that brings together all the people of Nagaland together on one platform.
