Hornbill Festival 2023 concludes in Nagaland

<span style="color: #222222;">In Nagaland, after a ten-day long fanfare with a cultural extravaganza with performances of 18 Cultural Troupes from various tribes and communities, the curtain has fallen on the 24th edition of the Hornbill Festival 2023. The closing ceremony was held at Naga Heritage Village, Kisama on Sunday evening.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Performances of the 18 Cultural Troupes from various tribes of Nagaland marked the end of the Festival of Festivals- the Hornbill Festival this evening at the Naga Heritage Village Kisama, 12 km away from the state Capital Kohima.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Cultural troupes presented unity dance around the bonfire which were lit by the honoured guests and the winners of Miss Nagaland 2023.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">   </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio thanked the Partner Countries- USA, United Kingdom and Columbia and Partner State Assams & sponsors and partners for elevating the Festival of Festivals to a grander scale.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Rio also expressed gratitude to the visitors whose presence made the Festival more vibrant & special.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The ten-day Hornbill Festival had a footfall of over 1.25 lakhs till day 9 of the festival.</span><br />
