Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi hoped that the Opposition will take part in a constructive discussion on demonetisation in Parliament. <br/><br/>Mr Naqvi told reporters outside Parliament that the government is willing to discuss every issue and is making all out efforts to ensure smooth functioning of both the Houses to push forward the legislative agenda.
