Mr. Bhupinder Singh Hooda was sworn in as Chief Minister of Haryana for the second term in Chandigarh this afternoon. State Governor Jagannath Pahadia administered him the oath of office and secrecy at Raj Bhawan. No other Minister was sworn in alongwith Mr. Hooda. The Governor has given him one week's time to prove his majority.
