14 people have died so far due to consumption of spurious liquor in Varanasi. <br/><br/>The District Magistrate of Varanasi Ravindra told Allahabad correspondent that at least 19 affected people are still in hospital. <br/><br/>The hooch tragedy occurred in soyeepur village last night. Meanwhile, the DIG police D K Thakur said that the two main accused Bhonu Jaiswal and Manoj Langra are absconding and combing operation is on to nab the main culprits. <br/><br/>Varanasi police has arrested two associate of these main accused in this connection so far. The three police officials including one police sub inspector of Lalpur police post has also been suspended.
