<span style="color: #222222;">Hong Kong airlines Cathay Pacific has been fined by Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) of Britain, over a huge data leak of more than 90 lakh customers including passport numbers and credit card details.<br />''<br />''The Biritish privacy watchdog said in a statement yesterday that between October 2014 and May 2019, a lack of security measures on the Hong Kong carrier's computer systems led to a massive data breach involving 94 lakh customers around the world – including more than a lakh from the UK.<br />''<br />''The Hong Kong-based airline had admitted in October 2018 &nbsp;that about 8.6 lakh passport numbers, 2.45 lakh Hong Kong ID card numbers, 403 expired credit card numbers and 27 credit card numbers with no CVV were accessed.<br />''<br />''Other compromised passenger data included nationalities, dates of birth, phone numbers, emails, and physical addresses.</span><br />
