The leadership of the Honduran Congress appears to have deferred vote on the reinstatement of the deposed President Manuel Zelaya and wait for the opinion of the Supreme Court. A Congressional vote on Mr. Zelaya's reinstatement is a key component of the agreement reached last week to end the political crisis sparked by his removal from power in June.
