Union Home Seretary R. K. Singh has emphasized the need for strengthening of the intelligence network to fight the twin menace of terrorism and naxalism in the country. Inaugurating the sector headquarter of ITBP at Patna yesterday Mr. Singh said naxal menace could not be eradicated through dialogue as maoists do not believe in a democratic set up. They want to establish a parallel administration in the name of upliftment of the poor. If it is right then why the poor are being killed in naxal attacks throughout the country. The Union Home Secretary said the centre will not leave any stone unturned to combat terrorism and naxalism.
