<span style="color: #222222;">Union Home Secretary Ajay Bhalla has cautioned the State Chief Secretary Shanmugam on the issue of removing the restrictions and allowing 100 per cent seating capacity in movie theatres. In a letter today, the Home Secretary has referred to the guidelines for surveillance containment and caution order issued by the Centre.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said that the State cannot dilute the 50 percent of seating capacity regulation issued earlier by the Centre.
