The Home Secretary R K Singh has denied any terror angle in the explosives that were recovered from Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh.
Speaking to media in New Delhi yesterday, Mr Singh said, the gelatin sticks, detonators and chords recovered from there, seem to be for the purpose of illegal mining.
