Union Home Ministry has issued Standard Operating Procedures(SOPs) for offices, workplaces, factories and establishments for COVID-19 management. All areas in the premises including entrance gates, cafeteria, lifts and washrooms must be disinfected completely. For workers coming from outside, special transportation facility will be arranged and these vehicles should be allowed to work with 30 to 40 per cent of passenger capacity. <br />'' &nbsp;<br />'' All vehicles and machines entering the premises should be disinfected by spray mandatorily. Thermal screening for people entering and exiting is compulsory. Medical insurance for workers is to be made compulsory. There should be provision for hand wash and sanitizer. Work places shall have a gap of one hour between shifts and will stagger the lunch breaks to ensure social distancing. There should be a total ban on non essential visitors at sites.&nbsp;<br />'' &nbsp;<br />
