Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh today said home ministry has been allocated 77923.12 crore rupees for 2016-17 financial year which is 13.06 percent higher then the current financial year. <br/><br/>In his press briefing, Mr Singh said 70724.58 crore rupees have been allocated for central police forces which is 12.90 percent higher then current financial year.<br/><br/>The Minister said he welcomes that finance ministry has allocated 1756.09 crore rupees for revival of police forces modernization scheme in the budget.
