Home Minister's Advisory Committee meeting held New Delhi

The meeting of Home Minister Advisory Committee for Union Territory Chandigarh was held in New Delhi today. <br/><br/>During the meeting chaired by Home Minister Rajnath Singh, issues relating to land, building bylaws, traffic, parking and service matters were discussed. <br/><br/>According to an official release, the status of grant of subsistence allowance to Home Guards of Chandigarh and extension of Court fee was informed in the meeting. <br/><br/>The members also stressed upon increasing the revenue share of Municipal Corporation and to resolve the problem of solid waste management in Chandigarh. Mr Singh asked the officers to expedite the pending issues. <br/><br/>He also advised the Chandigarh Administration to look into the issues which are of priority nature.
