<span style="color: #222222;">Home Minister Amit Shah has said that Abrogation of Article 370 dealt a severe blow to terrorism and will clear roadblocks for development of Jammu and Kashmir.<br />'' <br />'' The Home Minister was speaking after flagging off Vande Bharat Express between Delhi to Katra from New Delhi Railway Station today.<br />'' <br />'' The Home Minister termed Vande Bharat Express as a big gift for Jammu and Kashmir's development and promoting religious tourism.<br />'' <br />'' On the occasion, Railways Minister Piyush Goyal said that Railways will connect the entire country from Kashmir to Kanyakumari before 15th August, 2022.<br />'' <br />'' Booking of tickets for the train is now open on the IRCTC website and first commercial run will begin on Saturday. The high-speed train will bring down travel time between Delhi and Katra to eight hours from the current 12.<br />'' <br />'' The Express will depart from New Delhi at 6 am and reach Katra at 2 pm. On the return journey the same day, it will leave from Katra at 3 pm to reach New Delhi at 11 pm.<br />'' <br />'' Except Tuesdays, the Train will ply on all days of the week.</span><br />''
