Home Minister Rajnath Singh today reviewed the security situation in the country, especially in Jammu and Kashmir and other border areas at a meeting in New Delhi. <br/><br/>Sources in the Home Ministry said that National Security Adviser Ajit Doval, Home Secretary Rajiv Mehrishi, Director of Intelligence Bureau Rajiv Jain and other senior officials were present during the meeting. <br/><br/>They briefed Mr Singh about the prevailing situation in the country.
