Home Minister Rajnath Singh will be on a four-day visit to Uttarakhand beginning today. During his visit, Mr. Singh will visit the Mana, Lapthal and Rimkhim Border Out-Posts of Indo-Tibetan Border Police. He will interact with the troops and attend the Sainik Sabhas. He will also inaugurate the Civic Action Programme and Blood Donation Camp at Joshimath.<br/><br/>The Home Minister will address the officer trainees of 92nd Foundation Course in Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration in Mussoorie tomorrow. He will also address the participants of Phase V of the mid-career training programme there.<br/><br/>
