Home Minister Rajnath Singh has constituted a high level committee to look into issue of missing files related to Ishrat Jahan case. The committee will be headed by Additional Secretary in the Home Ministry BK Prasad. <br/><br/>The committee will look into how the draft of the second affidavit went missing and who drafted it. It will also probe into the entire chain of officers to whom the second affidavit went during that period.
