Home Minister Amit Shah launches e-FIR system of Gujarat Police for vehicle and mobile thefts in Gandhinagar

Union Home Minister Amit Shah, who is on a two-day visit to Gujarat, launched several initiatives of the Gujarat Police today in Gandhinagar today. Our correspondent reports that Mr. Shah inaugurated the e-FIR System,  Trinetra, the State-Level Command and Control Centre of Gujarat Police along with many modern services. Cameras set up at various locations in the district are connected with Netra at district headquarters and all Netras are connected with Trinetra at headquarters in Gandhinagar. The Minister also flagged off vehicles of the Anti-Human Trafficking Unit at Police Bhawan in Gandhinagar.<br />''<br />''Later in the day, the Minister will inaugurate various developmental works in his Lok Sabha Constituency-Gandhinagar today. Mr Shah will also inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for various developmental works in his native place Mansa in Gandhinagar. This includes the inauguration of the newly built Mid-Day Meal kitchen for students under the Pradhan Mantri Poshan Yojana. <br />
