Avani Lekhara has won the gold medal at the Chateauroux 2022 World Cup today. The Tokyo Paralympian has won in the R8 event – women's 50m rifle 3 positions SH1 with a score of 458.3. She beat Veronika Vadovicova of Slovakia to win this title and gold for India.

Mr Thakur said, our Champion wins her 2nd Gold medal at Chateauroux 2022 WSPS World Cup. He said, the TOP Scheme para-shooter made an impressive comeback to win Gold in R8-Women's 50 metres 3 Positions SH1. Mr Thakur said, it is truly exceptional and India is proud of her.
