Union Home Minister P Chidambaram inaugurated the 26th Northern Zonal Council meet at Chandigarh today to address state specific or inter- state issues.Chief Ministers of Punjab, Haryana, HP, Delhi, Rajasthan , Governor of Punjab & Administrator of Chandigarh, Lt Governator of Delhi and Dy CM of J&K are attending the meeting.
