In the ongoing Hockey World League Round 2, the Indian Women's team will take on Fiji at 6 PM, while Indian Men will clash with Ireland at 8 PM in their third round-robin match today. Both the matches will be played at the Major Dhyanchand Stadium in New Delhi.Yesterday, the Indian Men registered their second victory of the tournament, after they defeated minnows Oman, 9-1. For the hosts, VR Raghunath, Rupinder Pal Singh, Nithin Thimmaiah, each found the net twice, while Dharamvir Singh, Mandeep Singh and Gurjinder Singh scored one goal apiece. They had won their opening fixture by brushing aside Fiji, 16-0.The Indian Women's team had also won its opening two round-robin matches.This tournament is a qualifying event for the next year's World Cup, which will take place at the Hague in the Netherlands in June.
