The Indian Women's team had registered their second victory of the competition yesterday when they beat Malaysia 3-0. In their opening encounter, the Indian eves had defeated Kazakhstan, 8-0. This tournament is a qualifying event for next year's World Cup, which will take place at the Hague in the Netherlands in June next year.
