In other matches played yesterday, while the pool B game between Germany and Australia ended in a 2-2 draw, Belgium and Spain won their first respective matches in Pool A. Belgium stunned Olympic champions Argentina, while Spain shocked European champions Netherlands. Both the teams won with an identical 3-2 margin.
