A brilliant display from the Indian team helped the hosts edge out Great Britain 2-1 to enter the semi-final of the FIH World Hockey Final in Raipur, Chattisgarh ,today. V.R.Raghunath and Talwinder Singh scored for India in the 19th and 39th minute to beat the table toppers. For England, Simon Mantell scored the lone goal. A winles India so far was placed at the bottom of Pool B. Today's win was India's first win against Great Britain since 1980. Australia and The Netherlands have already reached the semi-finals of the tournament.
