On the second day of the Hockey World League in Bhubaneswar today, Belgium and Spain recorded upset victories in their first Pool A matches. While Belgium stunned Olympic champions Argentina, Spain shocked European champions Netherlands. Both the teams won with an identical 3-2 margin. In the first match of the day, the win enabled world number three Belgium to avenge their loss to Argentina in the title clash of the 2016 Rio Olympics.Spain will face Argentina in their next pool match tomorrow, while Belgium will be up against Netherlands.
