The Indian men's hockey team drew with Japan 1-1 in their second match at the inaugural Asian Champions Trophy hockey tournament in Ordos, China, on Sunday. The team squandered a golden opportunity to pick up full points. For India Gurwinder Singh Chandi gave the lead in the 22nd minute which was his second goal of the tournament. Japan got the equaliser through Naoto Shiokawa in the 69th minute.
