Hockey: India to clash with Oman

Defending Champions India will clash with Oman in their third match of the Men's Asian Champions Trophy Hockey tournament at Qatar, Doha today. Sardar Singh-led-Indian team is, at present, riding high in this tournament, as it had defeated China 4-0 in the opening encounter and Japan 3-1 in the second match. India are also scheduled to play arch-rivals Pakistan and Malaysia in their remaining matches, later in the tournament.The Indian team had won the inaugural edition of the championship in China last year by defeating Pakistan in a penalty shoot-out. India had ended fourth in the recently concluded Champions trophy in Melbourne.
