India today failed to make it to the finals of the Men's Champions Trophy Hockey Tournament, as they lost to four time defending champions and hosts Australia, 0-3 in the semi-finals at Melbourne. For the Aussies, Jamie Dwyer found the net twice, while Kieran Govers was the other goal scorer.India still has the chance to bag a medal in this tournament. They will take on Pakistan in the bronze medal match tomorrow.In the title clash, Australia will lock horns with the Netherlands. Eight-time Champions Trophy title winners, the Netherlands today defeated Pakistan 5-2 to seal a finals berth.
