Union Agriculture Minister Radhamohan Singh has said hoarding alone is responsible for sky rocketing price of pulses. Talking to reporters in Patna, Mr.Singh said states have been instructed to take proper action in this regard. <br/><br/>He said Nitish government is responsible for price rise as no action has yet been taken against hoarders in Bihar. <br/><br/>Union Agriculture Minister said it is for political gains only that Nitish Kumar is raising the issue of price rise and blaming centre government for it.<br/><br/>On the other hand, Union Food Minister Ramvilas Paswan said imported pulses is in adequate quantity in the country and states have been requested to lift pulses from this quota to control prices. <br/><br/>Mr. Paswan said Bihar government is not taking imported pulses so the price is rising.
