Home Minister Rajnath Singh will chair the 22nd Meeting of the Western Zonal Council in Mumbai tomorrow. Chief Ministers of Goa, Gujarat and Maharashtra besides the Administrators of the Union Territories of Daman and Diu and Dadra and Nagar Haveli are scheduled to attend the meeting. <br/><br/>The Home Ministry said, NDA government has laid emphasis on holding regular interactions with States through zonal councils and such exercise will be fruitful in achieving better coordination between the States and the Centre.<br/><br/>The 21st Meeting of the Western Zonal Council was held at Panaji on September last year. Prime Minister Narendra Modi chaired the Inter-State Council Meeting in New Delhi on July this year.
