HM criticises Gujarat govt for deteriorating law & order situation in state

Union Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde has criticised Gujarat government for deteriorating law and order situation in poll bound state.

Talking to media persons, after addressing public meeting at Akola in central Gujarat, Mr. Shinde said more than 13 lakh criminal cases have been registered in the state during the last 10 years of Narendra Modi government.

Commenting of BJP’s poll promise of 50 lakh homes in next five years, Mr. Shinde said construction of more than 2,700 homes a day is only illusion. Mr. Shinde said, Congress never want to came to power using religion and caste.

On the other hand, Chief Minister Narendra Modi said that BJP government is committed for the development of tribal people of the state. Addressing public meeting at Santrampur, he said his government will provide drinking and irrigation water to the tribal areas by lift irrigation project.
