He performed the 'Mangla Arti' before the start of the procession of 145th Annual Rath Yatra of Lord Jagannath in the city.<br />''<br />''Later, Mr Shah laid the foundation stone of a 750-bed private hospital at Saij village near Kalol in Gandhinagar district. He also inaugurated the Admission Block of Swaminarayan University run by Shri Swaminarayan Vishwa Mangal Gurukul. He visited the temple of Goddess Vardaini at Rupal village in Gandhinagar district. The Minister also laid the foundation stone for the beautification of a lake in Rupal village.<br />''<br />''The temple trust has organized the 'Rajat Tula' ritual of Mr. Shah in which he was weighed against silver. The silver collected through his 'Rajat Tula' will be donated for the developmental works of the temple. Recently, the temple of Goddess Vardaini has been selected under – Pilgrimage Rejuvenation and Spiritual Augmentation Drive- PRASAD Scheme by the Central Government. &nbsp;<br />''<br />''In the evening, Mr. Shah is scheduled to dedicate a 'Sakhi'-One Stop Centre at Gandhinagar Civil Hospital. He will also inaugurate an over bridge at Navapura village in Sanand block of Ahmedabad district. He will also attend a public meeting in Modasar village of Sanand Assembly Constituency in which benefits of various government schemes will be distributed among the beneficiaries. He will also lay the foundation stone for the beautification of a lake in the village.</span><br />
