A dreaded Hizbul Mujahideen terrorist Ghulam Nabi and his associate have been arrested from Azadpur area of Dehra Dun in Uttrakhand. A senior police official said they terrorists were planning to create disturbance during the passing out parade of the Indian Military Academy there. Dehradun Senior Superintendent of Police G S Martolia told reporters that the arrests were made when the police was checking vehicles last night following a central intelligence input that some dreaded terrorists are in Dehradun. Nearly 14 cases under Arms Act are registered against Ghulam Nabi in Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir.
